Past industry experience includes commercial, industrial, and residential site plans, subdivisions, roadway design, and the associated local, state, and federal permitting. Large projects personally designed and managed by the founders of Granite Engineering include several large condominium developments, apartment complexes, conventional and open space subdivisions with thousands of feet of roadway design, and large commercial and industrial buildings.


On a smaller scale, Jeff and Brent are experienced to provide septic designs, wetland impact permits, shoreland impact permits, construction inspections, and any other permit or design associated with State and local regulations.
